we booked 12 night rental for an apartment £135 a night total £1620 ,has it was last minute we paid straight away received confirmation and receipt stating dates and charges.2 day before we are due to go we get an email saying the apartment was overbooked and could only do 11 nights,we were ok with that.Expecting to get the night rental refunded,instead we get a new confirmation receipt saying now its 11 nights at £147 a night total £1620.So did we not only lose a night but were conned out off the refund.We spoke to the holiday owner who said it was home and away who changed the booking.But promised is he would refund it himself,but no his now saying home and away are responsible.I have had the worsed holiday ever due to being conned out of this money we are not rich and this is a lot of money to us ,but we getting passed from home and away (who are hard to contact) to the owner.I would advise never to book through theses and go to someone who is atol registered,unless you have money to chuck away.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $147.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
