Homeaway - Horrible customer service

HomeAway Customer service reps do not speak fluent English and it is impossible to get an answer to a question. They do not understand the questions. And they refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager. Impossible to deal with, then they hung up. Goodbye Homeaway. You are going to lose a lot of customers
