HomeAway - Horrible customer service

HomeAway Customer service reps do not speak fluent English and it is impossible to get an answer to a question. They do not understand the questions. And they refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager. Impossible to deal with, then they hung up. Goodbye Homeaway. You are going to lose a lot of customers

As a property owner, you can only receive the most basic customer service. If you need any real technical help or need to have an error corrected you are screwed. All they can say is "I understand" but that's a different department and they will get back to you in 1-3...
